all good, apart from matters mentioned of maintenance above. The room and balcony were ample in size and the bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

these are some of the areas which led to such frustration and disappointment for me and my family:

* before even embarking the ship, we were asked to sign letters to say we were happy to go ahead with the cruise, despite an itinerary change due to poor weather conditions.I had never been on a cruise, but so many people told me that it's a great way to see different places, without much extra expense, nor the hassle of moving from hotel to hotel and that the food is always great.....
