Old ship. Downsides, casino smoky, and worse odds at blackjack (6 to 5) for limit players. Bingo almost a fraud, advertise "$2,000 bingo" or whatever, but only pay a hundred or so due to the fine print. Missed O'Sheehan's and Ginza, Sports Bar not good service, no college football at peak college season, and endless premier league soccer on 8+ TV's, not good for a US based cruise. TV selection ugly. No real central gathering place for sports or movies. Fourth cruise on Norwegian, the crew communication and answering questions not good, a lot of ethnic clumping, meaning that people in one place all Indian, in another all Filipino, etc. Means that English is poorer than it should be as they don't have to cross communicate in English and practice enough. Latitudes representative lazy, and missed party due to no invitation.
Dinners decent, nice service generally. Buffet mediocre, but don't go there much. No cruise line seems to make a good pizza. The beer special decent. Good value, and liked the stops in route, St; Kitts interesting. I like the Norwegian approach, but would like it better if I could ask a straight question and get a straight answer. Went on the Singapore Star cruise that had an engine problem Dec 2016, and did compliment Norwegian for making a rough experience good, but looking elsewhere more.
A little cramped because we had 3 people. Nice window.
