While the weather did not cooperate on our cruise we still had a wonderful time. The ship, crew, entertainment, and food were all great. We especially enjoyed the District Brew House Pub where Beau Tahana entertained us on the piano and sang requests. He was funny and very talented. Be sure to MAKE A TIP JAR for the man as he is not allowed to by the ship (unless a guest puts one out for him.) We also saw Howling at the Moon with three very talented piano/drum players and singers. They also took requests and were hugely entertaining. Between the two... they filled our evenings. We also ate a few of the specialty restaurants and they were very good. The Manhattan room was the main common dining room but everything was excellent and the service swift. We had lunch and breakfast at the buffet and the food here was also very good. The lunch sandwiches were excellent.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and we loved the towel creatures left on the bed in the evenings. The room was always made up and the washroom always cleaned.
We cancelled out excursion to the Falls as we did not realize it was a 3 hour round trip by bus. We just shopped in the port.
Our excursion was cancelled due to rough weather. Again we just toured the port.
