We chose this cruise because of the destinations and the length of the journey. We wanted a cruise that would take us to places we might not otherwise visit. We enjoyed all of the locations very much, but would have liked to spend more time in most of them! Perhaps we will return, but this was a fantastic introduction to Hungary, Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands. We especially enjoyed Budapest, Vienna, and Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. We would have liked to have at least a day in Amsterdam, but we really saw nothing of it because we arrived after dark and left for the airport before sunrise.

My husband had never been to Europe, and it was a perfect trip for him because we got to do lots of sight-seeing and he didn't have to worry about not knowing any other languages. Everywhere we went, people spoke excellent English quite willingly. We would love to go on another Viking tour!

Cabin Review

Veranda Stateroom

Cabin B

The cabin was compact, but had everything we needed. The shower was rather tight. All in all, the cabin utilized space very economically. We enjoyed the balcony and took lots of pictures from it while sailing.
