We enjoyed most of the cruise although we did not like getting into Canada at 9:30 at night. The airport was somewhat confusing in giving us directions to meet up with Viking reps. The guys on our floor were great - when they found out we had just gotten on the ship and had not eaten they brought up sandwiches and wine. Impressed.

The room was great - my favorite point was the heated bathroom floor. Need one at home. The food was great. There was actually only one of the shows we really enjoyed and that was the asst. cruise director.

Most of the excursions were good except the first day. Woudl not recommend the winery or cheese factory. Waste of time. The trip to the syrup farm and the lunch there was fantastic and I have enjoyed the syrup here in home.

Cabin Review

Cabin suite

Our cabin was great. Needed a little more drawer space but all in all we enjoyed it. LOved the heated bathroom floors. We had a fantastic room steward that really took care of us. Would love to have him again.

Port Reviews

Halifax

I loved Peggy's Cove - the scenery there was absolutely fantastic.
