We've been on many other cruise lines and that may be the reason why Costa fell very short of even comparing to all of our previous cruises.

Our cabin was with no amenities or toiletries. everything was on an ask for basis or additional charge. Nothing on the very poor, very small tv was either non comprehensible or at an additional charge. Bed was very uncomfortable, old mattress and old pillows. Balcony furniture was in poor condition. Only one 110 volt electrical outlet. No outlet near the bed at all. No Iron. Bar fridge items were all at an extra charge...
