Overall we loved our vacation BUT - I went on this ship when it first set sail and two years later, it needs a revamp! The Seaplex is in desperate need of maintenance - only 1 out of 5 x-boxes were working, the paddles on ping pong were chewed looking and the handles were missing on the games! The screens in the hallways were frozen most of the time and the app that you use didn't work most of the time. I did not like 2-3 of the shows the first time around so there wasn't really much to do at certain points of the evening. The camp for my 4 year old was fine and she loved it. My teen loved the teen camp. My 11 year old son really didn't have much to do. The camp for 9-11 is too babyish and the seaplex was overrun so he hung around a lot. We ate early because of our 4 year old so from 7 pm-9 pm there wasn't much to do for my son or us. I wish they had a dedicated comedy cellar or a show for those not signed up for the three permanent shows. I also noticed they literally cut back on the channels on the TV - They used to show Dreamworks movies and they now charge! They didn't even have any regular channels other than news, Royal plugs and two kids channels. Guess they don't want you in your room!

I also would NOT recommend the transfers to/from Disney/Universal Parks. The boat docks from 7 am until 9 pm so we thought we'd have plenty of time at the park (park tickets sold on your own) The transfer got us to the park at 10 am and we found out that we needed to be back on the ship no later than 4 pm which meant we had to get on the monorail by 3:30 as the bus takes an hour! We only had 5 hours versus 7 hours that we thought we'd have! ($800 for the park - you don't want only 5 hours!)

This time around we had a family mini suite which I have to say was an excellent room in size and cleanliness. A family mini suite comes with dinner at the Coastal Kitchen which made the cruise. They couldn't have been any better - Friendly and accommodating plus not crowded. I remember her when all cruises were that standard no matter what level or room you had!
