We chose this cruise as a special family celebration. The staff on board was OUTSTANDING! Never a complaint with the employees. However, the ship had just come out of dry dock and we were expecting clean, neat, issue free sailing. There were three rooms in our group. One of the three had major issues; flooded toilet, no working toilet for part of a day, and horrible smells, on multiple days, that had to be corrected when people were asked to leave the area. We didn't have hot water in our room. Thankfully, we were able to use the spa for a hot shower, but we didn't pay for a room with a shower to. To be able to use it. Several days, we did take a cold shower, or just leaned over the shower to wash our hair due to time. We called to have it fixed, and it was.....for one shower....

The line for guest services was always so long, we didn't complain, because that would have taken time away from why we were there.
