Food, wine, service, accommodations, activities all exceeded our expectations. It was our first cruise and we are already looking forward to our next river cruise with Viking. Every aspect of the cruise was wonderful, from the waiters, the bartenders, the chefs, the entertainment, the shore excursions to the porters who cleaned the rooms. Viking goes out of their way to make their cruise is special for everyone and they succeed every step of the way. I commend all of the Viking staff for their hard work, their engaging personalities and their readiness to go that extra step to ensure that all their guests are happy with every aspect of cruise life. It clearly is not an easy task to spend the time and effort to make sure every Viking guest is happy, but we did take notice that every staff member did just that. Also loved all the ports we visited along the way on our cruise down the Rhone. Kudos to Viking River Cruises and to the wonderful staff who make it the perfect cruise line. We will be back !!
