Needed wheel chair to get off ship & go to customs.  Had reserved a shuttle for 11am to pick me up  Had foot surgery needed the chair & a reserved ride.
@ 9 30 I was in the room waiting for the wheel chair.  My name got called 10 45am & a lady jumped in my chair & would not get out.  I'd miss my ride I told the woman w/the clip board giving out the chairs...she would not get the woman out of the chair because she was black..so I lost my ride.  Had to sit in Brooklyn terminal til 1 15 when another ride came..had to kill time going ot airport..many other stops..got home 6 36 at night.  could barely get out of the shuttle..had a broken foot & sat cramped for 5 & 1/2 hrs because CUNARD employee was intimidated.  Had it been me in the woman's chair..they would have carried me off  & not tell her.."you'll get the  next one"
There is no such thing as customer service or kindness...they just don't care.  Adopting Carnival's policy..if they get you once..they don't care about getting you again.  I would never go back on CUNARD..they got very cheap, petty & no respect..very disappointed.

Been here before..lots of distruction from hurricane... people on the cruise  said they were sorry they took side trips..many homes no water or toilet..or liveable

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Taken this cruise many times.  Been to all the ports.

Many places still not cleaned up from hurricane..many people very disappointed & depressed from seeing how people on the island are living

Barbados

walked around..went shopping....clean & cherry area...had a drink at an outdoor cafe
Carnival made Amber Cover...many stores the same as on other islands.

People taking excursions said they saw the disaster from the hurricane away from the pier where ship docked

St. Thomas

A few nights later, no one at the table could chew it..Vibrating dancing & music til 11 @  night

Hotel manager told me nothing can be done in a few days, they'll change my cabin

6 days later I was moved.
