It is difficult to convey how awfully tedious a cruise on the Viking Sky really is. And it is difficult to explain how cheated we feel by the whole experience. This cruise does not come cheap and, frankly, we expected more.

If you like jigsaws, Scrabble and chess, this dullest of dull ships might be for you. If you think trivia quizzes, lectures on watches, talks on the Bayeux Tapestry (no idea why they chose this subject for a Caribbean cruise) and a trio playing classical music constitute daytime entertainment, then this could also be your cruise. But if, like me, you think life does not end at 60, then do yourself a favour and spend your $9,000 on something else....indeed anything else.
