Sail Date: Jan 2018
QM2 leaving Cape Town 10 hours late with only a few people awake. Ship was held in port due to high winds which had been predicted for 4 days! The ship arrived in Port Elizabeth on time so why did Cunard schedule and eveing departure depriving guests of another night in Cape Town and a wonderful dawn departure. Red Bull secheduled the King of the Air kite surfing championship for this date because they and 1 million Cape Townians, KNEW it would be windy. Apparently Cunard didnt get the memo! What a missed opportunity. Carnival accountants at work again?
