Needed a winter getaway to someplace warm! This was our 10th cruise and 2nd with Carnival. We generally like quieter ships, but with the premium balcony, we spent most of our time quietly relaxing on our balcony lounge chairs! Staff were great and the only real complaint I have is the lack of focus on hand sanitation at the buffets. Many times the automatic sanitizers were empty and there were entrances to the buffet that didn't have them at all. This leads to easy spread of viruses. Carnival should adopt the same process as Norwegian where staff are standing at the restaurant entrances with spray bottles so at least 99% of passengers have clean hands when handling the buffet serving utensils.

Other than that, the cruise was awesome and smooth sailing the entire time. Everything was on schedule and embarkation/de-embarkation was a breeze.

Lastly, we had room 6279 which was AWESOME!! Highly recommend this room as it has lots of room to move around and a huge balcony.
