Don't waste your money; choose a different cruise line.

Poor service (except for our dining room waiter Benson who was great). Long lines for EVERYTHING...very disorganized. Very poor communication including Daily Newsletter. Time changes were confusing if not wrong.

Speaker system was a joke... good thing there was not an emergency. Bar service terrible. Extremely disappointed in quality and selection of food. Who runs out of butter on third day of cruise and charges for water with dinner? Same breakfast selection every day. No daily menu posted in any venue. Long gaps when no food was available. Shows were short and so-so. Nickel and dime for everything on board. Heard many comments to that effect from everyone. Last minute change in itinerary but learned weather in Roatan was exactly the same as in Costa Maya. Other than size, no advantage or extra benefit for cost of suite versus other class rooms. Excursions were twice or more than the cost available on shore and did not allow enough time to enjoy or experience the locale. Internet package, cost and availability sucked with poor connections many times. Casino was second class.
