The destination was the reason we chose the cruise. The food was not as good as usual, less choice than normal, no Chef's choice on the menu any more. The Promenade café is a good option for a quick bite to eat, sandwiches, pizza, cakes, coffee & tea available at all times. The ship is just a bit tired & in need of a refit, which I believe is due soon when she sails to Miami. The entertainment was also not to our taste, but the ice shows were very good. We found the service to be very good, most requests fulfilled quickly & efficiently. Check in & immigration was pretty quick & the rooms were ready quite early compared to previous cruises. Overall, considering the cost of the trip & age of the ship, it was a good value & enjoyable cruise with a great loyalty scheme with some valuable benefits.
