we have just returned from a week cruise in Dubai with MSC , we have been on many cruises before but first time with msc . We were on a package which included drinks and a balcony cabin. Let me go through the best parts embarkation and disembarkation was quick and without a hitch , although before we got on the ship people were trying to sell us packages . The room was fine although a bath is not needed and a nice shower would be great , balcony fine , samsul who kept our room clean was amazing. The ship was kept very clean and all staff were polite and helpful. The worst parts , we normally like to eat in the buffet , not very good , buffets on royal and Norwegian were excellent but this was very poor and pushed us into the butchers restaurant which cost us 85 euros , food was great though. Entertainment was a waste of time , and why do cruise ships let people smoke in the casino . All in all a 3 star cruise will not be using again.
