Very crowded compared to our only other cruise experience - hence crowded & noisy. We found open chaises in the sun only ONE out of the 5 cruise days - unacceptable. Pool water was cold so we didn't go in at all - BIG disappointment - future deal-breaker. Adult pool was so crowded we never got in once. The kid pool wasn't so crowded, but cold. Drinks were hard to get from the bars - very crowded, and there were very few staff taking orders from our chairs - seemed to be a waste of income for Norwegian, and a loss of convenience for us. Hot tubs were always at capacity unless at odd hours. On the positive side, all of the staff on the cruise were OUTSTANDING, Food was good; good variety. Nice facility overall. Good child care, entertainment, and activities. Gym was excellent, with trainers on standby at all times. Must have been 20 treadmills,10 ellipticals and 5 recumbents on site - way cool...
