We had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, the tours were great. We made new friends and memories for a lifetime. We requested to alter the standard destination prior to beginning the cruise, and all the arrangements were taken care of and went flawlessly. All of the tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions. All of our needs were taken care of by the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. We appreciated how the staff was always looking out for our needs and our safety. We were impressed with how well the arrangements were coordinated for the varying departure times during the disembarkation. If there was anything we could have changed, we would have liked to hear a narration pointing out various points of interest, (such as sites of significance during World War II and other periods of history), as we sailed down the river.
