Food was average. (ate all meals in windjammer) Deserts very bland. Service good in Windjammer.
Cabin Steward not even what I would call average. We saw him once and when we asked for things, he was conveniently "off duty". They left only 2 towels for 2 ladies sharing this cabin and we had to beg for more towels. I requested water (diamond member benefit) and had to beg for it, and diamond member manager finally reached out to me on day 3 (this was a 4 nite cruise). Diamond lounge very small, and choice of food/drinks was very limited. I would not say the level of service for a diamond member in a suite was what I had grown accustomed to on other cruises.
The entertainment was good - the guest entertainer was excellent. The ship is in great condition for her age. Starting to show needing a paint job at water line. Cabin was clean, but on last nite had an awful sewer smell in cabin (we had aft #8590). Also a horrible vibration was felt the first and last nite, not sure if this was stabilizers or what it was - also may be because we were in an aft cabin.(#8590)
Junior Suite - suite was nice, but the Cabin Steward left much to be desired. 2 Ladies sharing this suite, and they gave us only 2 towels? We had to beg for more. No waters (diamond member) in my cabin and didn't hear from diamond manager until day 3 (of a 4 nite cruise). Level of service that I saw was not what I am accustomed to at a diamond level and in a Suite. I think the Junior suite on this ship is slightly smaller than on other RCCL ships I've been on. We had aft cabin and balcony was nice size, with 2 loungers and two chairs and table.
