in general all staff were professional. Jamaican cruise director had charisma and approachable. senior crew such as captain, vice captain, chief engineer were all happy to exchange brief conversation even though they were mostly like busy getting back to the control bridge when I saw them. Chinese cleaner for room 6367 was nice. If I were to be critical she missed the breakfast order sheet, which were already filled in from before my stay. I never need breakfast ordered but I noticed it never got changed. Apart from that very professional, as was all others who I walked past. catering staff at deck 11 Windjammer cafe were professional. I had a Filppino female and Ukrainian male waiter/waitress on deck 5 for dinner. Both were professional. The Ukrainian never asked for feedback whereas the Fillippino asked for it almost too often, as if she was not confident as her work or something is wrong. I appreciate that those feedback are important for them (having worked in the same industry) but sometimes it is too much.

Food was great otherwise. Entertainment was good.

The kid area needs looking at. Not sure if it was under Archie's remit but most of the toys there aren't supposed to be there. They were either not working because of no battery or it needed other bits such as balls to make it work as there were none. Looked great first glance but on closer inspection not quite what I would expect paying the price I did. This is important I feel as younger families with toddlers can't enjoy some of the facilities such as pool/steam room and they don't always have the time freedom to attend the shows in the evening. I understand that for the most part guests are more senior citizens but still.
