Specialty restaurants were good with the exception of Teppanyaki. Cagney's was excellent. O'Sheehan's was a great place to hangout. Great lunch menu and good place after supper to relax , except that the music from the atrium was far too loud. The staff were excellent everywhere on the ship. Stardust Theatre sound system was not good and was also too loud to appreciate the shows.
Buffet food selection was excellent and staff were always accommodating. Breakfast in the Grand Pacific was very relaxing and the staff were excellent. It was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the buffet. I would highly recommend breakfasts there if you want a more relaxing start to your day. Supper in the Grand Pacific created some problems as we were a group of ten people and even though we always had reservations, there were nights that they had to reorganize tables to accommodate our group.
The Jamaica Bamboo Beach excursion was a terrible experience. The beach was too crowded and we were put at the far end of the beach in the trees and service by the beach staff was negligible ( minimal food or drink service as we had to consistently request what we did receive). Would not recommend this shore excursion.
Cabin was good value and staff were excellent and very friendly.
