Sail Date: Feb 2018
Cabin: Junior Suite with Balcony

We set sail on the 19th and purchased a Jr. Suite (room 8130). We paid a higher price point because we wanted not only comfort but also a relaxing few days away and the state of the room was the least of our problems.

First off the room itself is just plain out old and could use a gutting and a rebuild. The bathroom smelled of urine/sewage every single day. No matter what was tried it was a consistent stench that lingered for the entire trip.

The worst part however was the noise. What they do not tell you is that the Jr. Suite level is located right below the main deck where food and drinks are served. All day and night all you heard was chairs being moved above your head along with towel carts and running kids. Sleep was impossible and we did not get a lot of sleep the entire 4 nights. In addition, the noise made it impossible to nap so we walked around like zombies not relaxing at all.
