Traveled with children

We were looking for a good family cruise as a christmas present for our children and grandchildren. This itinerary offered a ship with plenty for all to do without being geared only toward children. Gave the adult children opportunities to do their own thing while grandma and papa got to have great experiences with their grandkids. Two of the kids had birthdays during the cruise, and the crew went out of their way to make them feel special. The service on this ship was outstanding throughout the cruise, and with adjoining cabins and connected balconies it was easy for our families to interact without leaving the cabins. Room service was a hit with the younger ones, especially breakfast, which meant that they didn't have to get up when mom and dad did. Port excursions that allowed for education about and interaction with sealife was a highlight, especially snorkeling with stingrays and sharks at Stingray Beach. Even the 4-year old got into it, and it was his first time snorkeling. Very friendly locals in both ports and enjoyed very good food onshore as well.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

We had 3 adjacent cabins for our families, and were able to have the balcony dividers removed so that we could interact without leaving our rooms. Our cabin steward went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and provided exceptional service, even going so far as to make extra animals for each of the grandkids, perform magic tricks for them, and take the time to find out what they did each day.
