Family cruise with 4 other adults besides my wife and I along with 4 grandchildren. We had a wonderful experience. There was an issue with incorrect pricing of a third party shore excursion that was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction. Our interactions with al the Disney staff was exceptional in my opinion. Our stateroom steward provided phenomenal service to each stateroom in our group of three staterooms. Our grandchildren fell in love with our stateroom steward. He left a folded ‘towel animal’ in each of our staterooms each night of our 7 night cruise (often a different animal in each room each night). One night he left a ‘large’ towel alligator in our room that was the envy of our grandchildren. We gathered about 20 character signatures for a surprise future Christmas gift for each of our 4 grandchildren and e@ch character was exceptionally patient and accommodating. We had an exceptionally nice interaction with Cinderella who later wrote a note AND signed individual pictures for each of our 2 granddaughters and left the note and pictures for them in their stateroom.
