After reading so many negative reviews, I was not expecting much on this cruise. It was a short 4 night get-a-way. I was pleasantly surprised. . The staff throughout the ship were very friendly and kind. My cabin was clean (after my initial entry). The cruise director "Donkey" was fantastic. He was the highlight of the cruise. The entertainment was good but not great. The comedians were good but not great. I really enjoyed the upper outside decks (10 & 11)--very quiet. I was surprised by how good the food was after reading so many complaints. BUT, I did not do the buffets.

I had the freshly made to order omelets every morning. I had the huge salad bar for lunch and then dinner in the restaurant at night. The salmon was delicious. My huband had braised ribs which were also very good. I did not like the blue crab rigatoni, but the waiter brought me another dish (salmon again). The appetizers are small but very good. Who needs huge appetizers?

Negatives: VERY crowded and long buffet lines, but I did not use buffets. The ship does need some maintenance. There was a rattle in my room caused by loose upper molding which was very annoying. The water in my shower drained so slowly that I had to take a fast shower. I like to have shows every night and I do not consider "Game night" a show.

Interior

Comfortable King size bed. I was midship 8th floor which was quiet and convenient.

Plenty of storage space. 3 closets, dresser, 2 night stands. Big bathroom (compared to most ships) with adequate size shower. The shower did not drain well. Water pressure and temperature were good.
