We picked this cruise because we had been on the then Thompson Spirit. What we found on the Dream was canteen quality food, poor service not enough staff to service bars and restaurants. Entertainment was the worst we have ever experienced on any ship. Cabins, our cabin was number 5205, do not book this cabin. Noise and vibration from engines made it impossible to get a decent nights sleep. On complaining to staff at reception we were told there was nothing they could do and to complain when we returned home.Port and shore excursions were like the rest of the cruise poor and ill thought out with staff not seeming to care.Travel to embarkation port was one of the highlights with everthing organised leading to a smooth embarkation. When returning to the ship after a shore excursion security was very poor little or no checks were made as to what people were bringing back on board.Disembarkation at the end of the cruise was another highlight with everthing going smooth.
