we were very disappointed on our cruise with majesty of the seas march 2-5th. First we paid for 2 soda packages and the new machines didn't work. That was $60.00. after the first day I went and complained and they did credit us. A lot of the mens bathrooms had handles broken. You had to go from floor to floor to even get a glass of water. They need to have water available on each floor like motels do. Another thing was when you went outside on deck, you had to really be careful not to trip as the bottoms of the doors had a huge step up. We had excellent service and the windjammer food was very good and everyone was extremely friendly and ready to help in any way they could. We have been on 5 cruises now with Royal and even the Hawaii one and all was great. We wouldn't take the Majesty of the seas ship again. The staterooms are so small on this ship you can barely move. Then our second day at port was cancelled to cocoCay Bahamas. What a disappointment for our family of 6. They wanted to go to the beach. This ship needs lots of maintenance as we could see.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

The stateroom was very small compared to the other royals ships we have been on, but very clean
