First checkin procedure in Callao

We were dropped off by taxi and there was already a row of a few hundred people. It certainly took almost 2 hours before we were at a bus. We had to put our suitcases ourselves in the storage space of the bus and board ourselves. No employee of Oceania is present. We had been standing in the hot sun for a long time and nothing was offered like a glass of water. After sitting in the bus for half an hour, we had to take the bags out of the bus and take a seat at the back of the line that was even bigger. Still no one from Oceania.
