The service was excellent in the dining areas and my room Stewart went excellent. The ship was older but clean, activities I think were lacking for 5 days at sea, food was nothing special unless you upgraded to a specialty restaurant. The entertainment was very good, the comedians were excellent. I went on two shore excursions that I booked before the trip. After the first excursion I didn’t book another. We waited outside on the dock for 45 minutes (not a wonderful experience). With all of the advertisements on the television I thought that Royal Caribbean was geared more to a younger generation, not that I’m young, (60) but I did feel that the ship saw more for an older generation. The ship itself was a very nice ride, very smooth in the water not a lot of rocking. I traveled with my husband, no children so I can’t review the activities for children. To me the cruise was an average cruise nothing special.

I have cruised on Celebrity, NCL, Princess and Carnival. I believe I will be going back to NCL.
