We went on a much needed 3 day cruise,with high hopes of being on a mega ship that we weren't used to,The Ship is really to big for us,The rooms were fine as far as rooms go,We live in a small house so no worries there,our attendant Jerome was so nice first couple days as they remember your names ect,2nd day no clean towels after I asked him in hallway.Last nite no turn down still no clean towels!!! The first Day we had a misunderstanding about buying the beverage package which I thought came with cruise,No worries I paid for it anyway but did not drink enough to warrant buying it,They billed me two times for beverage package as I used the APP for messaging with our friends on boat.they have account review on App as well.they had also charged us for misc drinks,We went to guest services and they were gonna correct it,which they did eventually but no apology!!!!The waiting at bars for drinks was terrible and not friendly bartenders,they would have two people working with a huge bar of people,We ate at Teppanyaki the first night and it was great!!!! The cook at our table was wonderful,funny and food was good.We ate in Taste that comes with package 2nd night and all was wonderful,We at at Manhatten room last night all was good to!!! We ate lunch and two breakfasts in O'Sheehan's was decent!!We had Buffet one day at lunch and the view was beautiful from the dining room,It was at front of boat with glass windows 180 degree views!!All in All not terrible buy no means ,but we will stick to smaller cruise ships as we live in florida and very close to port.Canaveral.The walks to get anywhere on ship were long because ship is so huge,could"nt get outside very easy and only from rear of boat to see Ocean!Did not partake in activities or entertainment other than great band of beetles songs in Cavern club Liverpool..Went into Nassau for little shopping and conch fritters,
