having been on several tui cruises, but first time on the dream,we expected better.

the ship is looking tired and old,the cabin we had was clean but very dated i would rate the ship as 2 star, the food was just ok but the choice in the self serve was disappointing,the drinks prices were expensive and the quality of the beer was very hit and miss,the serving staff were excellent as we expected from tui cruises. the entertainment was pretty good.

Our flight was 10 hours late departing from Birmingham and the service we received from tui was non existent, no information about why the delay,no one from tui at the airport to talk to and when we finaly boarded we were on a smaller plane than we were supposed to have meaning that we could not have the seats we had booked, further we were treated like cattle and instructed to the back of the plane no discussions.
