The cabin looked tired and grubby,

it had

damage to the bathroom mirror,

worn faded carpet,

no usual shampoo,body lotions were provided,

tatty frayed towels and bed linen,

the fridge hardly worked and was not cold,

the aircon was poor and very noisy,

the door to the balcony needed a superhero to open it and when you did get on to the balcony it was dirty with huge strips of paint peeling off the walls

The worst problem with the cabin was that the bed was so uncomfortable I was unable to sleep for the 4 nights we were on board.The ship was so full that you could not move in some areas, we were unable to eat in the restaurant as we were in a English speaking minority and it would have been embarrassing to be on a table with people and be unable to make conversation ( a big part of the cruise experience) and when we tried to use the Windjammer cafe it was heaving with massive queues every time.
