We decided to take a cruise with our high school senior for Spring Break. He took 2 friends and they stayed in their own cabin. We have not cruised before so we read many reviews before we left. It was very helpful to read other reviews.

Our flight landed around 10:30. We had booked the airfare with the cruise line so that we would be covered if there were any delays. We opted not to use their transfers and took our own car service instead. Black Lane is a favorite and worth every penny. Before we got in the car we stapled the paper luggage tags onto our bags so we would be ready when we got to port. We arrived at the port around 11:00. A porter took our checked bags and we kept our back packs.

*Note: Put your wine in your carry on and not in the checked bags.

Cabin Review

Cabin junior suite

We loved this cabin. It felt spacious and the balcony was very large. We used the balcony every day - from morning coffee, to afternoon sun, to a late night glass of wine. The bathroom looked recently renovated. It was clean and fresh looking.
