Our cruise on Indy went well!! We traveled as a family of 4 - Mom, Dad, and 2 teen daughters. We choose this ship because this was when our Spring Break was and we liked the itinerary (even though we were well aware of the fact that that could change). Indy herself will be going in for updates in a couple of weeks but she still looks pretty good. We had a larger ocean view cabin and it was showing some wear (i.e. curtains were very worn where people pulled them open and closed - had some holes). We also noted that the seats in the skating rink were in need of replacing as well (many were broken and you could slide right off of them!). Those were the only areas we really noticed updates needed. Our cabin was nice (9th deck) and we enjoyed it though our view seemed a bit unusual - it wasn't obstructed and wasn't listed as obstructed - but you really could only see straight out. The cabin had a connecting room (we didn't travel with or know the people on the other side though) and, when you looked out the window, if you looked left you saw their balcony and them if they were on their balcony! If you looked right you could see the section of the bridge where crew could walk out farther to see what was going on (I apologize that I cannot remember what this is called!)! We were ok with it, just somewhat surprised and a little disappointed.
Shows were great! Music very good as well. Lots of activities if you wanted to do them. Weather was pretty good (rainy at sail away though & sometimes chilly).
Crew was ok - this was the first time we didn't feel that "WOW" (3rd cruise) factor with the crew. Not really any problems (other than the MDR wait staff loosing our bottle of wine - no worries, they replaced with one of theirs even though we brought ours from home) - just no WOW.
In need of a bit of updating. Interesting view (see above review). Enough space for 4 people - Mom, Dad and 2 teen daughters.
