When I booked this cruise the departure port was Ft Lauderdale but after the final payment deadline the port was changed to MIami. Ft. Lauderdale was convenient, Miami was not. If you asked, they agreed to transport you from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to the Miami Cruise port. However, when you arrive the day before embarkation and leave a day after disembarkation going from airport to hotel, back to the airport to the cruise port and the same in reverse at the end of the cruise is a gigantic pain! I would not have booked this cruise if I knew it was leaving from Miami. To make matters worse, there were nowhere near enough buses nor people to load luggage on to the buses making the wait much too long.

The ship was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean. We had an Aqua Class stateroom and if nothing else, dining at Blu made it worth the extra cost. The service and the food was excellent. We ate at Tuscan Grille the first night and while it was good, I don't think it was worth the extra cost. The buffet was fine at breakfast and lunch, but their dinner offerings left us wanting.

The entertainment was a highlight. Great variety and high quality performers. Best of any cruise ship we've been on.

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

Spacious, comfortable, nice size balcony and a nice bathroom. Room steward was very good.
