Had been on another cruise to Germany and enjoyed the trip and Viking experience. We liked the travel excursions both times. Viking seems to provide the same quality service every time to all passengers. Lots to see but the weather is never really bright and sunny in Europe. Cloudy with a chance of rain daily. Nice umbrellas at least. Highlight of the cruise was the trip to the dairy farm. I grew up near cattle and appreciated getting to show my partner how to pet the cows without getting butted. We would never hesitate to sign up for another Viking trip. Staff is superior to other cruise lines that I have been on. It is so nice that everything is so personable. Appreciated being called by name and having a bartender remember what you like daily. The staff readily joined in on all activities relating to entertainment.praise to all your employees! Only thing that went bad was at the arrival in the airport. Seven of us were asked to wait by the kiosk about 30 feet a way from the Viking greeters. They said they would lead us to the bus. 25 minutes later we were all alone with our Viking red tags on and the greeters had disappeared. Our new Canadian friend knew as well as I did that so etching was wrong. We went outside and split up searching for the bus going to Vili. We did find the bus as it was about to leave. He was really upset to say the least, as was I.
