The food was the worst food I've ever had on a cruise. We sailed on Disney several times about 15 years ago. Over the past 10 years we've exclusively sailed with Royal Caribbean. Our granddaughter is 5 years old so we thought we'd take her on a Disney Cruise.

Definitely is not the Disney learned to love and know. Food is very bad (I think the fish was frozen) and the service both in the dining room and guest relations was poor. They told me it was because they had a bunch of new hires.

The kids club is 2 large rooms with children from 3 - 12 years old brought in to fend for themselves. This arrangement is chaos for the little ones because they just stand around and watch others. I recommend separating the groups into more appropriate age groups and have the counselors want to work with children.
