My wife, I & two friends recently returned from a cruise on the MSC Fantasia which sailed from Bridgetown, Barbados on the 27th February 2018
The Fantasia is a beautiful well kept ship but it is seriously lacking in certain areas, there was repeatedly no hand sanitizing gel in the machines when coming on board and when entering the restaurant.
Despite mentioning this to numerous members of staff, nobody was interested and nothing was done to remedy the situation.

A clean well looked after cabin that was perfectly adequate.
The cabin attendant was very pleasant and always asking if there was anything she could do to help.
