We had heard about RCCL and decided to try them. Very disappointed in EVERYTHING. Food was sub par, service extremely poor, friendliness of the crew and service staff. The dining room was a complete nightmare regarding food and service. Windjammer poor service, dishes sat on tables for 15 minutes and only removed when we called attention to the manager. I have been involved with McDonalds Restaurants for over 30 years and sent a letter to the president regarding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness and was given the "royal" brush off. My concerns were from an industry standpoint and it seemed like they really didn't care. The entertainment was awful and what little shows they had overlapped one another. It all seemed like a sideshow of numerous inane acts. We have cruised on other lines. We are not new to cruises. We were offered 20% off next cruise. Hardly warranting another trial.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin I

Adequate but fridge not stocked, toiletries were NEVER replenished after the first day. Water on the bathroom floor after being cleaned and towels were not replaced even when left on the lying in a pile.
