We went on this cruise with a total of 8 people for spring break. Ft Lauderdale to Barbados.

We have cruised on mostly upscale cruise lines (Crystal, ect) and stay in mostly four and five star hotels so we know what this level of service is. In general, the ship was clean and well laid out but the service was absolutely horrible for this level of ship with almost a 1:1 staff/guest ratio. The issues were brought to their attention and they only were marginally improved.

On a positive note, the suites are the largest we have ever seen. They are well laid out and comfortable. The quality of the food and beverage options are nice but we found it quite petty to charge an additional amount for a couple of the restaurants like the tepanyaki grill. Just bump the cruise fare by $60/pp instead of trying to nickel and dime people. We understand with the Michelin starred and branded restaurants.
