We wanted a fun, relaxing vacation. I did all my “homework” booked shows, reserved dining, shore excursions, etc. but with the exception of the excursion the company managed to screw most of it up. Shows were moved to conflict with excursions and other activities. I spent 2 hours on the first day of the cruise standing in line to correct this just to spend another hour the next day listening to less than apologetic customer representative telling me it’s not his problem the times were changed. After he kinda sorta tried and changed some reservations it ended up being the wrong cabins so I had to plead with the staff at the show to let my companions in instead of me. We were a large party but I’ve never been seated in the hallway of the restaurant (American Icon) for dinners. We really never made it inside that restaurant just ate in the hallway behind very pretty screens. The food was repetitive and not at all exciting, not bad just kinda there. One good thing was that we were not alone in our misery we found many other passengers to commiserate with throughout the ship. Everyone had a problem story to share. So overall rating is don’t do it.
