Poor food and not enough staff within the evening dining. Awful entertainment (with the exception of Tango in Buenos Aires and the ship orchestra). Food within the Windjammer (buffet) was OK. Nothing to rave about. Staff on the cruise, for the most part, were definitely not motivated and were observed to be berated by management when doing something wrong. I mentioned to my spouse that RC was the cruise line of "no". Instead of bending over backwards in order to satisfy a request, their immediate response was always "no" instead of "let me see what we can do for you". Overall, I would gauge this cruise line as a small step above Carnival. Not a luxury cruise line...not even close. If you desire a cruise line just to get drunk on, this will do for you. If you want a more luxurious cruise line, then skip RC. Thank you for listening.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Overall, nice cabin. Not cleaned to the level of detail one would like, but generally a nice room. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom (yes, even for a cruise ship). Plenty of storage and room to walk around. Small balcony.

Have breakfast at Mallorca. Ask for "Norma" to be your guide around old San Juan.
