We have sailed with Azamara Club Cruises six times now and love both the Azamara Journey and the Azamara Quest.
The ships are small and intimate and the itineraries and crew are incredible. With such small ships (700 passengers each), you get really up-close and personal with the upper-level staff who are highly visible and friendly.
The reason I did not give this ship a five-star rating is because of their change in entertainment. I really would have liked to give them a four and a half star rating but that wasn't available.
Our cabin was always spotless and well maintained by Agus and Joel. The new beds are really comfortable and, for once, I didn't need to have padding added to make the bed more comfortable for me. Agus and Joel were both friendly, pleasant, and quick to respond to any request -- like supplying an extension cord and extra hangers immediately after we requested them.
Our balcony was small but clean and comfortable and our bathroom was always spotless and well stocked.
We always had more than enough bottled water available in our cabin as well as fresh fruit and a small, evening sweet. When we returned from our overnight trip to Cambodia, there were two cookies left in our room with the words "Welcome" on one and "Home" on the other. That was a really unexpected and nice surprise!
