When we signed up and paid we were given a promotion of upgraded restaurants as part of our package. The day before our cruise we checked in and were told that was not part of our package. The Norwegian representative who sold us our cruise did the same with friends of ours also. This is a bait and switch.... Because of this we will not cruise on Norwegian again. This was our first time with Norwegian and because of the bait and switch along with a few other reasons we don't have faith in their operation.

Unfortunately this Cruise was extremely disappointing. We were celebrating our anniversary and were counting on what the original Norwegian representative had told us. Also our friends or told the same thing. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with a Norwegian supervisor to try and correct the problem but she said there was nothing she could do and of course offered nothing else. Then continue to ask what else she could do for me, the answer was obvious.... absolutely nothing.... I would appreciate if you could pull the phone records and review your supervisors care of my situation.

Again we were extremely disappointed in Norwegian regarding their bait and switch tactic and their supervisors lack of care of our situation. Along with very poor behavioral control over people around the pool being drunk and disorderly. Read more
