i am writing this review because i am very disappointed. 1st of all this is not a family oriented cruise. the dances and costumes are provocative not fit for children. one show the magic spirit show. one dance reminded me I am in an adult bar. the cocktail gala the costume of the dancer is very revealing and there are children present. The food buffet, star dining, lido and pavilion which are free are very bad. one menu which is ampalaya with beef . the beef is very hard like a rubber. the century egg congee you will be lucky if u see a century egg. we ordered a kobe beef in star dining which cost around HK$400.00 which I was expecting will be better. the beef is very thin around 1/8 inch thick 2 pcs. and very very salty. very different from the drawing of 3/4 inch thick. I am sorry but my maid which is not a chef with an education of 5th grade school cooks way better than the chef of lido pavillion and star. I cannot describe each and every problem of the food so to sum it all the food there is lousy and make me feel like they are just cooking it to feed people without caring if they enjoy it or not. so thats why we dined at silk road which is a paying restuarant. the silk road i would recommend the duck and the food are very delicious no complains. the disembarkation is very disappointing. we already are in ishigaki at 7:00 a.m. but we are only allowed to go at 12:30 pm because they prioritize people who get their land tour 1st which is unfair we reach the ishigaki port by a small boat around 1 pm. we have to be back by 5PM. which is not a lot of time but we have to be there by 4 pm because of a very long line going back to the ship. overall the ship is not worth the trip. the only thing i can recommend is the crew are very honest.
