Second cruise with Disney. First was 20 years ago. Concierge cabin (part of my group booked concierge level), perhaps the only extra that was worth the extra price.
The internet charges are exorbitant. Why Disney has chosen to make this a profit center is beyond me. Many I spoke to when the cruise ended were paying over $800 extra for internet service. Why can't they at least offer a lounge with free internet?
Disney canceled a full-day luxury private shore excursion for Grand Cayman 12 hours prior, and offered no alternative claiming "mechanical difficulty". Inexcusable.
