Main dining room staff & food were amazing! Stateroom was well maintained. Check-in was very smooth & painless. Room service was excellent.

There weren't as many activities onboard as other cruise lines offer. The activities they did have were boring, repetitious, or required additional payment. Outside of the main dining area, food options were limited unless you wanted to pay even more money. The Windjammer restaurant staff couldn't wait to pack up breakfast at 10:30am, so they don't accommodate late risers very well. I paid for the soda package, but could only find one soda station that was consistently open.

Excursions were horribly rushed and took MUCH longer to get to the destination. For example, I paid for Disney transportation/excursion that advertised the hours of Noon-10:30pm, but after driving over an hour each way AND having to be back on the shuttle at 7:30pm (NOT 10:30!!), I spent a lot of money on Disney tickets but only had 5 hours to spend in the park.
