I booked a cruise to the Bahamas, from April 9th - the 13th for my fiancee's 50th Birthday celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire event with the exception of wait for the bus ride from the hotel to the ship. We were told to be outside the Courtyard Marriott by 11:30 am to catch the bus, but the bus didn't show up until almost 2:00pm. Once we got on board the Enchantment everything from then on was 5 star service. Everyone smiled and was extremely polite the entire cruise. My Statesman for my room ( 4008 ) was so awesome that I could compliment him alone for this survey, but since I have returned home, the only thing I keep telling everyone is that it was probably one of the nicest getaways I've ever been on in my 51 year of life... I can't express enough how nice and polite the entire crew was to everyone. It was at a point to where it became contagious. AWESOME JOB..!!!
