We was met at Schipol airport and taken to our taxi for the journey to our ship as we were the first to arrive our cabin was not ready but this was soon rectified.
On the second day we had a tour of Amsterdam which was basically a 20 min coach ride to a coffee shop for a drink and a slice of Apple pie which was delicious but not suitable 30 mins after completing breakfast and so we could not eat it all.
The following day we went to a village called Veer and then on to see the Delta project which was absolutely amazing.

Very Noisy with a lot of internal water noise.
Washing facilities very small and no areas with close up mirrors for shaving
