We chose this cruise line because of short 3 night trip. We are very disappointed int the RC Suite cruise experience. We are 1st class travelers who expect the best, as we were promised, but was not delivered on this cruise line. Poor and very slow room service. Food was sub-standard from room service. Ship was not well maintained. Appearance was warn, lots of rust and wear an tear. While sun bathing on our deck, two men appeared, unannounced or expected, on a scaffold passing by our room painting the ship. The was very disturbing. Toilet smelled like porta-potty. Shops and almost all restaurants were closed during the day. Only one venue to eat at until dinner. US television shows all with voice over in Spanish. I checked language setting on television, it was English. We stayed in an owners suite, but there were little amenities as compared to our cruise experiences on the Princess Cruise line.

Cabin OS

Room was warn and dated. Toilet smelled like a port-apotty. No room service menu available for a suite. Room service was slow.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Walked around the city shopping. Too many people trying to approach us selling services. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feeling from the locals.
